Challenge
The company had begun using water treatment equipment but had no framework for tracking or reporting environmental performance. Leadership wanted to demonstrate responsible practices to a new European buyer but did not know where to begin.
What We Did
Three months of ESG Companion sessions established a measurement baseline, identified the three indicators most relevant to the buyer's requirements, and produced a shared plan for the following quarter.
Outcome
The company was able to present a preliminary environmental performance summary to the buyer. The relationship with the European client moved forward. The internal team now collects the relevant data monthly without external support.
